We had the honour of welcoming the incredible Chef @tre.sanderson to our Toronto office to celebrate Black History Month with us this year.
Chef Tre led a live demo of his signature Jerk Paste while sharing his journey - from his early days in the kitchen, inspired by his grandmother’s cooking, to becoming a champion on Top Chef Canada.
Moderated by Sophia Mangan, Applied Research Scientist and Black Voices Community Member, the conversation explored how Caribbean cuisine and the powerful influence of cultural roots continue to shape his culinary style and inspire the next generation.
We wrapped up the experience with a delicious catered lunch from @honeysoulfood , bringing the flavours and stories full circle.

We’re committed to reducing our plastic consumption. One of the ways we’re doing this is by using post-consumer recycled plastic to make our bottles. Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner 240ml bottles are now made with 50% PCR, helping us give new purpose to existing plastic materials. This is the first of many transitions in our plans for key products.
Thanks to this change, we avoid using over 100,000 kg of virgin plastic each year.
