Returning to 901 15th Street is always a rewarding experience, this time to reimagine two spec suites and a communal lounge. What began as the challenge of transforming an area once occupied by a staircase became an opportunity to introduce a dedicated amenity space to be used by the tenants of the 6th floor. The team crafted a cohesive look across the three spaces defined by saturated greens, earthy wood tones, and complementary textures. 🌟

Recognizing the completion of Structured Finance Association’s new office space in DC. Our goal was to transform approximately 6,400 SF into a fresh, collaborative environment by reusing as much of the existing layout and workstations as possible. Then, thoughtfully tailoring the design to reflect their identity. By blending efficiency with intentional customization, we created a space that feels fresh, elevated, and distinctly theirs, proving that smart adaptation can deliver both function and character.
