I’m in the boat with each brother who’ll come join me round the fire for this container in July. This might be some of the hardest but most rewarding work we can gift ourselves as men. If you are ready for deeper waters, LINK IN BIO

We set out to build the most usable, grounded, non-spiritual, repeatable set of tools you could use, as two friends who had a direct experience that demanded we Stay In The Room. We then refined it, practiced it, argued about it, refined it again, and here we are. @larawoolfson and I created this because we think it’s what can really make a difference. And this 4 hour experience is just the beginning. Come be a pioneer. The room is open LINK IN BIO

A snippet from @larawoolfson and I in conversation about everything that’s in the air around men, women, relating, safety, and rebuilding trust - and why we think @stayintheroom.co will be the perfect meeting ground for us to come together LINK IN BIO

Returning home today from Montana, after assisting in the leadership team for @khalighi MWI Men’s Retreat for 2026. Something that I did myself back in 2024, and which gave me clarity around the work I do. Death and Eros was borne out of that experience. Recently, I have been contemplating how the evolution of the work I’m doing this year is beginning to extend beyond just the pillars of death and eros. Both are still deeply present, and ALWAYS will be - but there was so much more too. I’ve always been deeply averse to using my name on the work for a variety of reasons. I always felt the work would speak for itself. The first ping came from a woman in a counsel of women I trust for advice. She asked “why do you hide yourself on your site?” Then before we left for retreat, Amir sat me down and pointed out that the work was good, but something was still putting up a bit of a wall between people and what I serve. Again the suggestion; think about using your name. And then last Saturday before getting on a plane, I attended @keri_khalighi tea sit. And a few cups in I hear it: “You need to reclaim your name” So, within hours I got stood up and live. All the work I do is there now. However it evolves. I’m heading to bed, but tomorrow, April 2nd, marks 43 years. 43 years for this London Born, Malaysian lad who’s now American. And, at 43 I can say I finally feel, like I’m living in the full flow of life and purpose. In the riotous joy of the fullness of wine, song, and dance. A body that’s weathered but strong, a heart that’s scarred but pulsating, and a mind that’s in the complete current of creation. What makes 43 years worth it is my mom @rajeeabraham My brothers @rohanabrahams and @kumarchandra16 And the people in my life, from all walks of life, and all spheres of influence who have helped me grow because they have faith in what I’m here to do. And all the little ones to who I’m Uncle Ari. An ancestor for them, just not in the way I imagined. Just like how I’ve got family of my own now - just not in the way I imagined. Storyteller. Ferryman. Exorcist. Lover of fried chicken. Complete romantic. The whole mess of life. We celebrate all week. I love you all.
