1. Next month is the 30th Anniversary of Dean's Beans!
2. After 30 years at the helm of this ship, Dean is officially stepping aside and will retire on June 30th (he's not disappearing, though!)
3. Dean is selling the company to the employees, and Dean's Beans will officially become a worker owned co-op!

The awards ceremony was held earlier today at the Boston Marriott. What an honor to be recognized for our commitment to rural economic development, ethical sourcing, and employee ownership. ✌️🧡☕️
