Surprise! Today we are releasing two new songs called 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 + 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁!
We recorded these songs while making demos for the new album and while they did not make the final cut, we still love them and think you will too.
We are still figuring out the release the album and spending time with our very cool baby so we just wanted to share some new music because it’s been way too long maaan.

Summer is upon us and so are some very cool shows! Next weekend (07/12) we will be playing in Victoria for @wheeliesmotorcycles Parking Lot Fest and the following weekend (07/19) we will be in Vancouver playing at @greenautomusic for Green Auto Fest - both lineups are stacked a mile high and we hope to see ya there! Big shake-ups on planet DS! Nat and Keeley are having a baby(!!!) so while she finishes gestating human life, keels is taking the summer off and DS family alum Brendo will be stepping up to tug cable in her stead. We have some very cool shows coming up, none of which should be missed! First up is this Friday May 9th at @rickshawtheatre w/ sweet rockin freaks @lalunelalunelalunelalune , @hillsboroinc , and band we have loved the longest @creatureovmyth - Don’t miss it!!!!

And last but not least! A band that needs no introduction around these parts, but here goes...
Gabriola Island three-piece Dead Soft paint a picture of life in the Pacific Northwest with fever dream visions, super saturated riffs, soaring, hooky choruses and heartfelt angst. With their hotly anticipated third album due imminently on their own Westerly imprint, the Softies are assured to build on the now-legendary statuses of their self-titled debut (2014) and knockout sophomore Big Blue (2019).
Dead Soft are the only band we could imagine closing out this little shindig of ours, and we're so beyond stoked that they could make it work for us. Expect some spotty service for an hour or so, there might be a volunteer or two not at their post! 😅

The days are gettin longer, Al is back from yurp, and the future’s lookin bright. We just had our first jam in months and magic was made (as seen above). Our next gig is @unrealcityfest , which is happening at the Russian Hall in Vancouver on January 10/11, tickets are available at the link in our bio.
