A little bit of a well overdue partner appreciation post here; Claire has had a really good week… 2 film festival selections in the last few days. And the first 2 to notify.
After Wildflower (BFI iShorts, 2016) Claire had a fair break from writing and directing. She worked incredibly hard to just making a living, largely as the breadwinner in our family and dealing with the sheer chaos of our family life.
Over the last 12 months Claire got back to it and has been developing a new short film ‘Borne’ with support from @primevideouk and the @nftsfilmtv . Claire has tirelessly pushed her vision forward, it’s great to see the fruits of her hard work, talent and also all those who’ve helped to make it happen.
I can’t wait to see ‘Borne’ on a festival screen soon.
