At @deoron during Milan Design Week 2026.
An exhibition exploring design forms becoming functional art pieces.
Set in an industrial factory in the @portaveneziadesigndistrict_ , the space keeps shifting. Trolleys become part of the system, allowing pieces to move, adapt, and reshape the space throughout the day.
SCOOP light objects slip into this flow, joining the dynamic core of the exhibition and bringing a soft wax-light to the listening sessions.
Sound stays at the core of the space - not just background, but something that shapes its rhythm and the way people move through it. Listening sessions, talks, and spontaneous moments unfold into a shared experience, shaped by people, movement, and presence.

A natural, organic finish is applied to each wax-shade, helping prevent fine particles while strengthening the material from within. This most suitable finish was found through ongoing research into transparent, organic coatings, with the support of @boligfondenkuben , thank you!

I purchased @baranauskaite.ieva ,ex colleague’s lighting product “Scoop” for my office. Its appearance shows warmness due to a organic wax shade. This is more like ART. Hope to work with them for some interior projects.

Prolog doesn’t just serve great coffee (though it truly is!). Every choice matters - how they source coffee and work with farmers. How they design spaces and support their team.
The Scoop happily finds its place beside a thoughtfully brewed cup of coffee ☕️.
Soft Solids lighting began with the idea of using natural wax for upcycling. Vintage components from mid-20th-century luminaires, once made in Sweden, Italy, and the former Czechoslovakia - are refreshed and paired with newly designed organic wax volumes.
Natural wax shades meet existing metal and glass elements, creating a narrative of nostalgia grounded in the present, yet looking toward the future. A dialogue between old and new matter unfolds as a story of repair, continuity, and material renewal.
