We are so proud of you. To be the first woman in our family to graduate from college is such a huge accomplishment, and we are in awe of all you’ve done to get here.
And on top of that, being a scholar athlete as a cheerleader📣
You worked so hard, you kept going, and you made all of us so proud. I’m so excited for what’s ahead for you and all the beautiful things waiting for you.

Spring break with the kids was a reminder: they are all out there living their dreams.
Eloise cooked the pregame meal. Axel hit the field. Lyla got on stage, hit the cold plunge, slept fast, woke up at 5AM… and dominated the court before her final dance show. 💪

For years we have been hosting our Mastermind Retreats at the Four Seasons! It’s pretty close to where our kids go to school, so over the past 15 years they have come by and joined us for our team lunch! Bo always manages to pull them up onstage! New Year’s Eve marks 27 years of marriage with Dawn. ❤️
Before the confetti ever fell, I told her I was chasing a brand-new dream—one I had no proof I could pull off. No résumé. No experience. Just belief.
She didn’t ask for certainty.
She offered commitment.
Over the years, Dawn has been my constant when the path disappeared, my anchor when the industry shifted, and the person who never stopped seeing what was possible—long before it was visible to anyone else.
As we close out 2025, I’m reminded of this:
the right partner doesn’t just celebrate the wins… they help build them.
Ending the year grateful.
For love, for loyalty, and for the people who stay when it would be easier to walk away.

Plenty of family time. A little downtime. But let’s be honest…dreams never really take a holiday in this house.
Eloise is thriving in her senior year at Colgate, fresh off a film + media semester in Brooklyn and already setting her sights on what’s next 🎬📚
Axel wrapped up his freshman season with UC Davis football—quarterfinals, Go Aggies—and will be training straight through winter break 🏈
And Lyla, still a junior in high school, just earned a Division I volleyball spot at UC Davis. Club season is underway, and she’s not lifting her foot off the gas 🏐
Grateful for this crew—and excited to have everyone home for a few days ❤️🎄

Tonight she got to celebrate at the Gotham Awards. What an amazing experience! 🌟 Can’t wait to see all the stories she’ll tell.
We traveled last week and ended our trip with our kids at UC Davis. We’re thankful that we’re all together for the holiday.
Grateful for them, for our health, our team, our clients and all of you who continue to bet on your dreams. 👊
