This isn’t just a re-release; it’s a full-on celebration, featuring mind-blowing new remixes from the legendary Brazilian duo Tropkillaz (whose remix was originally produced a decade ago!) Since Trop has been changing their sound throughout the years, and also the always-vibe-setting Sugar Hill. Remember that OG 2009 moment when “Beaches & Friends” smashed the Hype Machine charts? It was more than a track; it was a movement. Our song Beaches & Friends celebrates its 15th anniversary and for this we are re-releasing a new version but with a nostalgic “bloghouse” feel with that 2010 touch. The track “Heart Broken Fool” was written and recorded in 2012 in a cabin in Leadville, Colorado, a place where we created the legend of Johnny Crash.
