I painted @kahmorahall as an interstellar being for her NYE look. After a long, lonely journey through space, what were once soft, flowing, diaphanous ostrich eyelashes have been ruined—frozen mid-flight along with her tears. I encased them in 15 layers of @patmcgrathreal Glass Skin until they appeared melted, then recrystallized… like obsidian caught in zero gravity.
