SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!!! *DISCLAIMER ⚠️: I love a good yap so if you have the time to read this then please do* If you know me then you’ll know I enjoy having deep conversations about life & the random epiphanies that you tend to get at like 2am about chasing your dreams lol but whenever I’d have these talks, I’d always feel like a hypocrite afterwards because I hardly ever practiced what I preached. This was mainly due to a fear of change despite me also having a fear of staying the same. It felt so contradicting. I’ve been aware of the fact that perfectionism doesn’t exist for as long as I can remember (LOL it’s been proven to me so many times) yet I I still strived to meet this unrealistic standard in everything I did, especially with my music. I say all of this to say, over the last 2-3 years I’ve been keeping the demos of my songs that I’ve written and recorded hostage because I was glued to this idea of what I wanted my first ever release to look like - which was for it to be ‘perfect’. Looking back, it was all just an excuse for me not to begin my journey as an artist. Today, I’m spontaneously choosing to change the narrative as I’ve decided to finally cut ties with perfectionism and its annoying twin - pessimism🥲… My first release and EP is out now, which you can find exclusively on SoundCloud🥹 the link is in my bio eeeeek! I intentionally decided to release these songs unmixed and unmastered to prove to myself that it’s okay to make things great LATER, the main focus is to just START. A big thank you and shoutout to the talented @prodskvr and @rambo.ldn for the opportunity to make amazing music together!!! Aaagghhh, I’m so excited for you guys to be on this journey with me whilst I continue to evolve. I hope you love the demos on my EP just as much as I’ve learned to <3 🥂to the beginning & to many more moments like this to come. 21🎂! Thank you God for bringing me this far. Growing up is bittersweet but I’m grateful for every single experience that has helped shape me into who I am today and who I’m still becoming.
