There are truly beautiful tracks in this genre, and I do play Afro House sometimes. I respect its history, its roots, and the powerful culture it came from.
But right now, it feels like the industry is stuck.
Same sound everywhere. Same rhythm. Same formula. And honestly, I’m tired of it. I’m tired of hearing Afro House in every club, every set, every event. Not because the genre is bad, but because it became too predictable.
As an artist, I want to share new music, new energy, new emotions. I want to bring people something fresh, something that feels alive.
But sometimes, if you’re not “Afro House enough,” clubs and promoters simply close the door.
Music should move forward.
