When @jakemartinez__ invited me to join a team ready to throw down at @thespeedproject , it was an instant yes. What better way to make memories with new friends than to run for 29 hours in the desert together.
So grateful for this unforgettable experience 🖤 Thank you to @jakemartinez__ for your planning and nearly endless hype, @malia.pivec for your ever-present smile, @samprusse_ for keeping it real at 4 am, @danielseabiscuit for somehow having enough energy for a kick finish to the Vegas sign, @kaaylaamooree for convincing me to get a matching tattoo, and to the whole crew of @zachcolby@brendanpdavis@_kevinharvey@_chase_howard and the two Mikes for your constant support and for managing to keep the Jeeps going alongside us all day and night.

Finally got to run the race I’ve watched since I was a kid :’)
It didn’t exactly go the way I’d hoped, but as someone said after the finish, the bad races make the good ones sweeter. And even when it hurt, it was still so special to have friends and family there to cheer me on 💗
