You might know me from different sides of my life⦠but before all of that, my story began at home.
My mom raised me in a very special way: on a macrobiotic diet, rooted in whole, natural, organic foods.
As a kid, I didnāt always appreciate it. But years later, after getting sick for the first time, I realized how much that way of living had already been teaching me.
Food wasnāt just something we ate. It was medicine.
It was connection.
It was information for the body.
Over the next few videos, Iāll be sharing that journey: how nutrition shaped me, how I became obsessed with it, and how the simplest foods can bring us back to balance. šæ

Growing up, I never got sick.
My mom raised me on a macrobiotic diet : whole, organic, natural foods made with intention. Back then, I didnāt get it. I just wanted to eat like everyone else.
But when I moved out and started eating ānormalā food, everything changed.
Thatās when I realized this wasnāt just about diet. It was wisdom.
Food has the power to protect, to restore, and to bring us back into balance. š¾

Yesterday I received a soul song by @soulsongsofficial which was as she calls it not a performance, but a translation of energy.
As if someone tunes into a frequency that already lives within you⦠but you somehow forgot.
Through voice, presence, and pure attunement, something opens.
Not something new but something ancient. Something that was always there.
In astrology, we speak about birth charts , blueprints of who we are⦠but beneath that, there is something even more subtle.
A vibration. A remembrance. An essence that cannot be explained only felt.
