Last weekend I ran 45 miles across the entire volcanic island of La Palma. I went kind of fast... ⚡️ But more importantly, I ran the entire way with joy and gratitude.

@transvulcania for the opportunity to race here. I’ve had a wonderful two weeks exploring—this place is truly unique. The landscape is so diverse, shifting from volcanoes and deep canyons to cloud forests and black sand beaches. The people are so welcoming, and the slow, relaxed pace of life is unmatched.
The race itself went better than I could have ever imagined. I owe the Course Record to the perfect weather and the incredible competition that pushed me to keep the pace high and dig deep right to the finish line. 🏁
