23 years ago today was an important day in human history. Trek fans know Dave as "Parth" from Lower Decks. Still, his career has spanned decades, including being a founding member of the famed comedy group The Kids in the Hall, starring in the hit '90s sitcom News Radio -- and most recently, turning in a stellar performance in Season 5 of Fargo!
