Who doesn't love a venn diagram? CEO of @alva_uk@bernard.donoghue called this the "Visitor Attraction's Trilemma" during his presentation at the Annual Visitor Attractions Conference 2021. An attraction can't just focus on one of these areas, they need to all be in sync to ensure a consistent growth year on year to reach that desired "sweet spot".
We were obviously thrilled to note that our technology contributes to aiding and increasing all three of the necessary elements. However when it comes to increasing visitor numbers, we can also optimise capacity and manage visitor flow to avoid increasing congestion.
