When @mio.misha told me how much she loved the aesthetic of Victorian era, I couldnโt help but think of @atelier__lin as a secret garden.
The flower care card turned into the imaginative garden plan itself, inspired by old architectural drawings.
To โprotectโ the garden, I twisted the logo into a metal fence motif for the business card.
When the two prints overlap, they create a layered story, a hidden garden behind a crafted ornate gate.

The brandโs visual identity of @atelier__lin explores the relationship between elegance, strength and poetic detail. Inspired by the distinctive character of the victorian era and the beauty of exotic gardens, the design expresses the brandโs elegance yet grounded nature through customized initials and patterns, while offering versatile applications across print and editorial context.

Iโve been sitting with this one for months, finally ready to share now โโ
๐ป๐ฎ๐ซ๐ป๐ช๐ท๐ญ๐ฒ๐ท๐ฐ for @appledoll , an LA makeup brand.
Femininity built into the bones of the script, copperplate-inspired, the forward lean, the swell of thicks against hairlines.
Thank you @appledoll for trusting this slow hand

๐ป๐๐ ๐๐ฝ๐ ๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฝ ๐น๐ถ๐:
i grew up scared of the forest.
every thai child does, in some way. the Takian especially โ weโre told she holds a womanโs spirit, that she watches, that you donโt say her name after dark.
and because we were afraid, we stayed away. we built our lives with our backs to the woods. we grew up in a country wrapped in some of the most beautiful forests in the world and most of us have never really seen them. the fear kept them sacred, yes. but it also kept them strangers to us.
i came home this trip, went to the waterfall, and hugged a Takian. she was enormous, so enormous that I canโt help myself not wrapping my arms around her and I asked myself how did i live a whole thai childhood without knowing her?
Thai people should actually be afraid of the right thing. afraid of leaving plastic at her feet. afraid of carving our names into her. afraid of walking past something ancient and treating it like nothing.
the fear was love in its oldest clothes. iโm still learning how to wear a newer one โ lighter, closer, less afraid to come close this beauty โกฬ
I donโt talk about this enough but some of my favorite process for branding starts away from the screen.
For @padma.earth , I worked with clay and raw textures to find the right element and feeling for their website. It was fun experimenting with possibilities outside the digital world!

Nature already holds the shape of letters. The curve of a leaf, the subtle twist of a stem. The initial P for PADMA came from watching more than creating. The brandmark draws from the shapes and gestures of the purple sugar magnolia snap pea, paired with a customised wordmark that is designed to mimic the nodes of the plantโs stem.
