‼️MEET THE ARTIST‼️ Introducing @darrrrush , an emerging presence in London’s underground electronic scene, Darush delivers high-energy sets rooted in underground techno and electro. With a sound that blends driving rhythms, raw textures, and stripped-back grooves. He’s brought his sound to respected East London spaces including The Cause, Starlane, Number 94, and Vittoria Wharf—venues known for pushing forward-thinking electronic music and intimate club energy. Darush has shared lineups with artists such as Ivan Smagghe, Laurine & Cecilio, and has warmed up the floor for Quest, demonstrating a versatility and instinct for reading the room while setting the tone for the night ahead. Focused on the underground and driven by a passion, he delivers sets that are raw, dynamic, and built for late-night dancefloors.

Our shop at All My Friends is without a doubt the beating heart of our wider eco system and has become a community hub for the die hards and real heads in the wider scene in the few short years we’ve been kicking it in the Wick. Flying the flag for music consumption in it’s purist form, playing a small part in keeping the culture alive slinging out wax across all strands of dance music to the patrons of East London and beyond. It’s not easy and takes a lot of love and dedication running record shops and labels in the current climate, and with that in mind, we wanted to make some space to give kudos and airtime to those keeping it real on the ground and dedicating their time to the art of vinyl. Introducing a new initiative powered by The Cause, ‘AMF invites...’, a series of collaborative parties with our favourite record stores from around the world. For vol. 1 we invite Lirica Archives. Local heads pushing some of the best used vinyl as well as distributing and punting some of the best new releases in underground dance music, just moments from our own shop in Hackney Wick. Steered by our good mates Tam & Jorge, who have invited close friends Laurine & Cecilio, the pair behind Slow Life and two of the most respected selectors and diggers around. They join us for a 2-part, 12-hour marathon kicking off at All My Friends for a special pop up and instore. Big treats in the place with a special dub set from Cecilio as well as a hand picked haul of Lirica’s best stock landing in store for a one day only crate takeover - and better still it’s totally free. For part two, we trot a few minutes round the corner to our secluded Fish Island loft space Vittoria Wharf for an all nighter where we’ll be treated to a 4 hour journey from the Slow Life duo. This is very limited cap and ticketed, so we advice coppin’ in advance.

Been meaning to post a little update—it’s been a mad few weeks! Starting off with our @donnysdoners debut (a must try spot) b2b @sloan_of_lezure , fulfilling life long dreams of playing in a kebab shop. Raise £700 for Children of War with @dancetoliberate , big love to all the talented DJs who waived their fees and contributed. Played two beautiful B2Bs with @o_kt_o and to top it off, a magical impromptu bank holiday B4B w/ the homies @_642705_ @amirsabir & @ricardo_roessel . Meet the artists We met 𝐊𝐓 on the way to 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐨 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 somewhere between airports. We ended up spending the whole festival together and a real friendship was born. Now, fresh off her South American tour, we’re hyped to welcome her to London for this special night. 𝐊𝐓’𝐬 sublime selections and wizardry on the decks have taken her across the globe. Her sets flow through rare 𝟗𝟎𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞, 𝐩𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐝, 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨, 𝐰𝐨𝐧𝐤𝐲 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 — always with a unique, high-energy touch that keeps you locked in. Originally from Iran and now a key figure in London’s underground, Darush blends 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡, 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐝 with a dynamic precision that defines his sound. Saturday was one for the ‘record’ books. From first needle drop to the final beat a, Record Store Day at AMF was a full-blown spinout and we’re still riding the high. Wall-to-wall diggers flipping through wax, sipping, chatting, smiling, nodding along to a dreamy daytime soundtrack. It was heartwarming (and a little sweaty) to see the shop packed from midday, with our extended AMF family showing up to celebrate the scene that brings us all together. As the sun dipped, the tempo rose, the bar buzzed, the dancefloor filled, and the night shifted into party gear. Massive love to @basic_moves_walrus , @trixiewanderlust and @delareef for keeping the grooves flowing and bodies moving ‘til the very end. And of course, the biggest cheers for our birthday boy @darrrrush , who properly lived it up for his 30th. Signature two finger dance, blowing kisses, and spinning deep into the night. To everyone who came, danced, dug, or just soaked it all in… thank you. Same time next year? Or maybe sooner… 😉

On Saturday, April 12th, we’re dropping the needle on a full day and night of vinyl-fueled fun. From crate-digging to shape-cutting, we’re celebrating Record Store Day with our nearest and dearest, plus special guest DJs Walrus, Trixie, and more spinning the finest deep cuts and dancefloor gold. Kicking off from midday till 6PM, our record fair brings together guest sellers with stacks of wax ready to be dug through. Then, as the sun sets, we turn it up a notch with a night of deep cuts and dancefloor heat, rolling straight through till 4AM. Whether you’re here to crate-dig, sip, or dance ‘til the last groove, we’ve got you covered. Bookings advised, walk-ins welcome. See you in the stacks 🙂
