| That’s a final post on Confession. Again I appreciate everyone who worked on this film. I will be shelving this for now to work on my next project, but I assure you there will be more to this story in the future. I am incredibly happy with the short. As everyone else has stated, “What happens next?”

Confession will premiere on YouTube this Friday, May 2nd. Writing and directing this was incredible. A big thanks to everyone who crewed and to the incredibly talented actors. I wrote so much subtext for them and had to throw it out the window at the table read, what an amazing performance from them.

My favorite thing to do is make the words come alive on camera. The script was already written and with the help of everyone it came alive. Here's a few of my favorite shots from Remorse.

1. This over the shoulder shot was so good.
2. Fake blood, real glass. Colors came out great.
3. Rey screaming into the mirror, he is always giving 100%
4. The energy from the crowd
5. Carlos belting the chorus
6. This unscripted double head bang by Jose and Mario
7. Got this beautiful match light in one shot
8. Mark giving dirty headbangs every take
9. Fun fact, we went through like 30 matches trying to light this bonfire. Our longest scene.
10. The impromptu idea by someone for the ending to be this fade into the crowd was the perfect ending.
