Since this is my sloppy attempt at story telling, here's an explanation 🤠
This video is about my love-hate relationship with food that I had in the beginning of the transition to a healthier lifestyle, where it was a constant fight to make healthier choices and fight cravings. It was a huge mental challenge that I personally went through (included a lot of crying over slight differences on the scale), and I think, with time and with all the love I have for food, I have a proper balance now. I eat tasty things that are healthy and also get an end to my cravings. I also enjoy my cheat meals whenever I have it. Its all about understanding yourself and your body and obviously not letting random internet diet fads, and unrealistic body standards take over your idea of being healthy.
