🚨 EDINBURGH AND MANCHESTER!! 🚨
is there anything better in this life than playing DIY shows with dear friends? well, perhaps playing some DIY shows with dear friends that you’ve also ended up designing the posters for, through a wicked combination of naïveté and necessité.
while Milton Glaser turns in his grave, hark ye! because PC, @dapplenet and @openallltheboxes are joining mighty forces to descend from the air upon Manchester and Edinburgh next month. if you’re in these historic locations we’d love to see you on:
8th June – @cafeblah
10th June – @leithdepot138
nobody knows quite what’ll happen at these performances (least of all us), but if you’d like to find out, ticket links are live in the bio now. these events are not exclusive to beasts of the air: beasts of land, sea and burden are welcome too.
we’ve tried to make these shows as affordable as possible, but don’t want money to be an object here, so if you’d like to attend but can’t comfortably afford a ticket, sen us a message and we’ll sort something.

UPCOMING SHOW!!!! If you're in Glasgow or the surrounding area get to the Old Hairdresser's on 21st May!!!! Ticket link in bio. The following acts will perform......
Gable Sable is a Glasgow based musician who uses looped guitar, vocals and synths to build improvised textures and lullabies that bleed out from conventional structures of beginning middle and end.
oyster (est. 2022-?)
Perhaps not even they know… Maybe it depends on the wind, the rain, or which movie hit the kino that week. One thing you can be sure of is heart, will, and desire. Melodies that hide in alley ways until the sun sets, then stay a while before slipping away at dawn.
Della Dolvinsky is going to attempt the miracle of unassisted human flight. She will be singing into a microphone at the same time. This has never been done before, folks. Bring sunglasses and keep out of the splash-zone.
Tickets will also be available on the door, and no-one will be turned away for lack of funds. All ticket sales and door take will be split between the performers.
Look across the city
victory's nightmare
huntress' dream
all wisps and warbles
bodies and bream
drop of rain in a pool gathering by tree roots
drop of wood on a hillside trodden in free boots
this ain't no place for a lone snail
(liable to get stepped on like)
