Lads, I see you. The ones holding it together for their families while quietly breaking inside. You are not alone. Not anymore.
From the stands at Swindon Town County Ground to the deepest corners of my own past this day really meant something to me.
These videos dont get enough love PLEASE push this far and wide.. Thank you
@dotanddab_cheltenham - what an edit this is.
I stood there watching legends, fans, everyday lads and families come together for something bigger than football. For us. For the silent battles we fight behind the smiles, the pressure to hold it all together, the nights when the weight feels too heavy and leaving it all behind starts whispering in our ears.
I’ve been there. Rock bottom after losing my dad, battling addiction, ADHD overthinking, and feeling like the world had written me off . I nearly became another statistic in a story too many good men know. But I chose to talk. And that choice led me to create
@menandtheiremotionscharity (M.A.T.E) – a safe space where thousands of you now show up for each other, no judgement, just real talk, anonymous posts, peer support, and real resources to help thousands, turn things around.
“The strongest men aren’t the ones who never fall – they’re the ones who get back up and help carry others.”
“Rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life.”
We have resources to help – counselling, real support through M.A.T.E and partners like ADAPT. Go join the FB group, ask questions anonymously, share your story, or reach out if you need counselling.
Huge thanks to every celeb who gave their time, Swindon Town FC, M.A.T.E team, my management team,
@rivalstears , NVOy Technologies, Archer Agency, Exabeam, and our headline partners
@luke1977official .
To all of you who turned up, and showed what men supporting men really looks like. You made this possible.
Share this with your mates, your brothers, your dads, your sons they need to know they’re seen and there’s hope.
