Run your own kitchen section to high standards of quality and efficiency
Prepare and present dishes to the Head Chef’s specs
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP & EHO compliant)
Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment
About You
You have at least one year’s experience as a CDP in a quality restaurant and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
You are organised, reliable, and passionate about food, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Front of House (Dan’s & Side Piece)

Provide exceptional table service on the floor and in the bar
Guide guests through our dynamic wine selection
A genuine love for hospitality and a knack for casual excellence

You have experience in restaurants, love hospitality, and are eager to develop your wine knowledge and service skills
