@amy.dowd @sarahwareing and
@frankiemendola and I had a conversation three years ago, and before we knew it, we’d cooked up plan, a company rebrand and a revised business mission to publicly commit 10% of future profits to be invested into talent initiatives that we hoped would leave the entertainment industry in a better place than when we found it.
While a new job certainly wasn’t on my bingo card for 2026, I find myself leaving a company and a job that has been the most personal role I’ve had to date.
@wdment aims high, makes big bold bets, executes some of the most impactful campaigns and works with some of the most esteemed and high-profile partners across the entertainment industry. I leave with the biggest sense of pride, heartbreak for the fact I’m actually leaving, and excitement in knowledge that I was just window-dressing here, and that this team have only just begun to scratch the surface of all they will continue to achieve. #WeDoMore
This is the best team in the business, each person brings so much heart, ninja level skills and a huge drive to do the best work possible. Being a part of the WDM Team for the last 3 years has been an absolute privilege and my time here will forever be one of the most proudest achievements of my career.
Onwards.
