Such an honour and privilege to feel so involved in this wedding. I got to be the unofficial celebrant and Dan did a beautiful speech, on behalf of his side of the family. There’s nothing better than watching to people that adore each other get to celebrate their love infront of all their favourite people.
My body is still sore from dancing!
I love being active, but a desk job meant I was sitting way more than I realised. So, after a chat with my PT @maxpertzel I set a goal this year… walk more.
I started with a loose 12–15k step goal, and I built it into real life with walking meetings, choosing walks over public transport and listening to podcasts walking.
The quiet wins surprised me the most, with more energy, better recovery, less stress, lower body fat and a nice bump in VO₂ max.

Honestly think this year was my most favourite Christmas ever 🎄🫶🏼 The best people, food, and magical energy. ✨ Started with seeing the kids, unwrapping presents and creating a feast for family and friends. 🎁 Every year, I realise that you have to ‘create the magic’ and that means creating routines and rituals that are special. We went around the table and everyone spoke about their ‘bests and worsts’ and ended the day with tennis, Negroni’s in hand 🎾
What a wild 24 hours 🤯
Oprah’s show was amazing, she spoke about doing all things in your life with love and good intentions. I really love how she said that essentially, we all want the same things- to be seen and heard, to be validated. 🫶🏼🌈 Oprah is the queen of this! O, what a night! ✨❤️
