Film photography is not dead 🥰💙🎞️ ICYMI, we launched a really exciting project recently where we gave film cameras to local high school students and taught them the process of how to shoot and develop film from start-to-finish. The project was led by our own Daniel Norton, whose high school teacher helped inspire him to become a professional photographer. We partnered with our friends at @pentax_us to lend Pentax 17 cameras to the photography class at Oyster Bay High School in NY and have the students go out and try film photography for the very first time. “The goal was to introduce students, already fluent in digital photography, to the tactile nature of analog image-making. That meant shooting, developing, and printing their own film.
