how lucky i am to do what i love with people that i love. this one helped me unpack some things i’ve left on the back burner. brought me closer to the people i call family. pushed me to dance with intention. reminded me to be grateful throughout. my heart is so full.
to my risk fam, ya’ll know how much i love you guys. we put our blood sweat and tears into this show and i wouldn’t have made it through some of those rehearsals (aka stamina run day or any time SOMEBODY turned the ac up 70+) if i didnt know every single dancer in the building wasn’t giving up. so i wouldn’t give up on myself either. i feel like i’ve grown so much this season and exceeded my own expectations which wouldn’t have been possible had i not been surrounded by so many talented and equally supportive individuals.

dance is something that’s always been a part of my life but i never thought i’d be where i am now. being able to call it a professional career of mine is such a special thing. i’ll keep doing it as long as my body lets me.
