Thank you so much for everyone who came to learn this combo the past two weeks. 🖤 I hope you enjoyed learning it as much as I enjoyed creating/teaching it.
In 2026, I've really tried to facilitate each class to be an EXPERIENCE for every dancer in the room. A space to play, to laugh, to heal, to dance with purpose, whatever is needed at the time. I appreciate those who continue to show up for me & my work & to Xcel for always having me.

Wow wow wow, where to begin? I love this piece of work so much & to be able to present it in Nashville last weekend was the biggest honor. To me, this piece centers around the idea that something that can break your heart can also put it back together again. So overwhelmed with the product & have so much gratitude for the opportunity.
