With over 23 years of experience as a makeup artist in the art world, I have witnessed many artists naturally transition into healing practices. This shift feels organic, as art has always been deeply connected to the exploration of emotion, identity, trauma, and the search for meaning and purpose—core elements of any true healing journey.
Art and healing arise from the same source: the realm of feeling and inner awareness. Creating authentic, timeless work requires a connection to something beyond the personal self—often felt as the divine.
Through the study of universal principles, Hermetic teachings, alongside meditation and conscious self-inquiry, we cultivate deeper awareness. Art, music, and dance then become not only forms of expression, but pathways for integration, transformation, and elevation.
In this way, the artist becomes a bridge—between the visible and the invisible, the personal and the universal—remaining awake, present, and grounded beyond the distractions of the mundane.

I trained herbalism with @ecoversity in costa rica and specialised in herbs & beauty with the @herbalacademy in the UK.
Using herbs within so without is a gamechanger for radiant skin, a healthy gut and resilient body overall.
Taking it a step further, I am deepening my knowledge with learing herbal astrology more in dept. Connecting the dots, working with the archetypes of the zodiac and their syndromes provides more insight about how to use herbs even more efficently.

What is a Mystery School?
Long before there were universities, people seeking wisdom would enter the temples of the ancients. These were not just places of worship, but schools of life, where one studied the mysteries of existence itself.
In these sacred spaces, knowledge was never split apart. The body, the soul, and the spirit were understood as one whole. To learn was not simply to “collect facts,” but to embody wisdom through years of practice, humility, and reverence.
From these Mystery Schools, many of the world’s fields of study were born. Alchemy evolved into chemistry. Astrology became astronomy. Hermetic philosophy gave rise to physics, stoicism, and platonism. Yet in the process, something precious was left behind: the integration of spirit.
Today, our universities teach only from the material perspective. And while science has advanced, many feel that life no longer makes sense, that our knowledge is fragmented, circular, even empty. Mystery Schools hold a different vision:
