ingredients:
4 small tortillas
300g lean ground beef
30g cheddar cheese light
40g lettuce
1/2 union
30g cocktail sauce (zero)
*spread out the lean ground beef on your tortillas, put the tortillas in an pre-heated pan with the beef side down first, switch sides after 3 minutes and put the cheddar on top for another 2 minutes. Let it rest, put on your lettuce, union and sauce… there you go!

ingredients:
100g frozen strawberries & banana
30g frozen blueberries
40g protein powder, mine is from @xxlnutrition code DANIEL for -15% off
30ml almond milk (unsweetened)
3-4 ice cubes
optional toppings:
20g granola
15ml caramel syrup zero, also from @xxlnutrition
extra fruits
*mix all the ingredients together in your blender for about 2 minutes (shake it a few times in between these minutes). Once it’s all mixed up, put the thick smoothie into a bowl, add topping of your own choice and there you go.

try it: high protein smash burgers🍔 (recipe below)
ingredients:
1 large sweet potato
200g lean grounded beef
30g low fat cheddar
50g lettuce / 1 tomato / 1 red onion
15ml cocktail sauce zero
*slice your sweet potato in 4 even slices, put some paprika powder on top and put them in the oven/airfryer for 15 minutes on 180°C. While you have to wait for the sweet potato buns, make 4 even balls of your grounded beef, put them in an preheated pan and smash them all. Put the cheddar on top, after that you can start building your burgers from bottom to top and there you go.

5 min: high protein cookie dough🍪 (recipe below)
ingredients:
200g nonfat greek yogurt
100g oat flour
50g protein powder
40g peanut butter
15ml honey
30g chocolate chips
*mix all your ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a bowl until it’s a solid paste. Once it’s a solid paste, you can add your chocolate chips into it. Mix it again, scoop your cookie dough into a smaller bowl and there you go.
