Easily one of the highlights of my career so far & one I am extremely proud to have been able to be a part of. It’s not everyday you get access to one of the best riders in the world, let alone work with a truly legendary group of people to make an episode of the Cafe Ride that I really hope is as enjoyable to watch as it was to make.
The Sigma Sports Cafe Ride is back & with quite the bang. Follow the link in my bio to watch the brand new Tadej Pogacar episode.
First half marathon, first run over 16km, first time getting s*%t on by a bird while wearing a vest & first time I’ve tried something new when it comes to sport in a very long time.
A year ago I never thought I’d run let alone travel down to Devon for the Plymouth Half Marathon.
1hr 19 min 35 sec & a top 15 made for a solid morning & most importantly provided a springboard to see where a pair of run shoes can take me.
Feeling excited, which for me is the biggest win to take away from the weekend.

I am not going to hide the fact that we have a wish list when it comes to @sigmasports Cafe Ride guests, so having the opportunity to take a name from the list and to make the episode a reality is really is something special.
@kasianiewiadoma94 has long been an individual we wanted to shoot an episode with, so when the opportunity presented itself earlier this year, we jumped at the chance.
Four months on and I couldn’t be happier with the end result, as we go live today with a fantastic episode with the @wmncycling rider.
Shot out at her Girona training base, this feel good instalment was a blast to shoot and we really hope you enjoy the insight into Kasia’s life as much as we did spending the day with the Polish star in January.

As ever, a massive thank you to team that made it possible -

I really do love a Sigma Sports Cafe Ride first and we have only gone and got another one (it’s a corker!). Yes, our first ever triathlon themed instalment has now gone live with a legend of the sport and an Olympic champion no less, Mr Alex Yee.
The weather may have been dull but the day we spent with Alex was anything but. It was a real privilege to get such a personal insight into how an athlete of Alex’s calibre ticks and to have such a warm welcome to his home in Loughborough.
The support we have seen from the triathlon community has been exceptional, and to produce a truly multisport -focused episode has been a fantastic experience.
Grab your goggles, run shoes and a jar of Bovril 👀 , the Alex Yee episode is here. Follow the link in my bio to give it a watch.
Props to the team both in front of and behind the lens -

A milestone for the Sigma Sports Cafe Ride as the series takes its first step into the world of motorsport and we decided not to do things by halves for this one with Frederik Vesti.
Cue one of the biggest teams in the game, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team and one of the most iconic race tracks in the world, Silverstone for our 30th Cafe Ride episode and one I will never forget.
Honestly, I can’t thank the team at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS enough for their help pre/during and post shoot and the warm welcome we had from the guys at Silverstone...45 minutes of track time to ourselves was really a once in a lifetime experience.
As you can probably tell, we had a blast producing this episode and we really do hope you have fun watching it.

Move over Clarkson’s farm, we hit agricultural gold quite literally with our latest Cafe Ride with Dame Laura Kenny. Just when I think the series couldn’t get any more firsts, we find ourselves in this episode, in Cheshire, surrounded by alpacas, sheep, chickens & ducks & one of the winningest British Olympic athletes ever.
What can I say, it was quite the ride & that’s not just watching Matt trying to take a 70kg alpaca for a walk.
A really fun Sigma Sports Cafe Ride episode to kick off 2026 with, I really hope you enjoy watching it as much as we did making it.

A year of highs, lows, traveling around the world, working with cool people, exploring the mountains on two wheels & by foot & ultimately having a lot of fun along the way. To sum it up in 60 seconds is a tricky one but safe to say, 2025 has been far from boring.
Happy new year. Bring on 2026 💥
It’s live. A poignant, an emotional & a truly unforgettable final instalment of the Sigma Sports Cafe Ride for 2025 with one of the most humble & inspiring people I’ve ever met, Sir Chris Hoy.
I’m feeling incredibly honoured to have been lucky enough to produce this episode, alongside the fantastic Cafe Ride team.
A day spent with Chris, having fun on bikes in the forest. What more do you need?
The Sir Chris Hoy episode is out now. Follow the link in my bio to give it a watch & to donate to the Tour de 4.
One last huge thanks, for this year, to the team both behind & in front of the camera who without them this wouldn’t be possible -
