🎥 🎵 ✏️ How do you capture the magnificence and grandeur of an elephant? 🐘🎨
David drew a life-size elephant and asked me to write a piece of music to complement the video and exhibition.
As a composer, I get asked all the time about my process when it comes to working with film. In this video, I’ll take you through how I work with filmmakers to create music that complements the visuals. It ended up being one of my favorite projects I’ve worked on.

This is the video that birthed my latest track “Voyager”. The launch the of @djiglobal DJI AIR 3
I worked closely with the massively talented @bryn_north on the project who simply has a way of making everything look so beautiful. After seeing some of the shots, I tried my best to get the music to live up to incredible imagery. After some rough ideas were thrown around, we landed on this. My main goal with the song was to make you feel like you were flying. The pulsing strings somewhat mimicking the momentum of the propellers, and the overall movements of the song leading you into new adventures with every turn.
