Everything Brian Danclair does when it comes to food and legacy, is inspired by his grandmother Valentina, whose image is displayed in this mural at the center of our establishment.
Thanks to growing up in his Grandma Valentina’s bustling home, he learned the true meaning of family and the importance of food in bringing people together.

It’s almost wine o’clock and we’ve got a lovely white Italian wine from the Gavi region ready to pop open.
Our Gavi Di Gavi La Contessa wine is rich and creamy with a crisp and refreshing finish. The notes of fresh melon and the orchard fruits of Broglia pair lovely with our flavour packed foods like our Market Fish of the Day or our Peppered Prawns.
