29 ✨
Turning 29 and I’ve reached so many milestones I never thought I’d reach. I am a dancer, a social worker, I have a supportive family and set of friends, I laugh a lot, I let myself cry more, I have a degree, I’ve had wonderful dance opportunities, I’ve traveled, and I have my own place.
As grateful as I am, I still feel curious and sometimes a little sad about the things I’m hopeful for and not yet accomplished. Enjoying the fruits of my labor as best as I could but sometimes it feels like it’s not enough. Who knew you could feel in limbo but still be still very happy. I am grateful but l’m not done and time seems to be always against me.
Anyway, for this upcoming birthday I wish for something new to experience and to practice patience with myself. Not to be afraid of uncertainty, and to be bold in my personal life as I am on the dance floor. To post more! So many things.
