Speckman is a DJ & Producer hailing from Hamburg. He is the co-founder of the tastemaking party series Dreamteam and resident at the legendary Golden Pudel Club. Dancepunk’d is an event series focused on the sounds of 2000s, big beat, post-punk, indie dance, bloghouse, electroclash and leftfield electronic music in general. On Saturday, instead of our initially planned vinyl night, @nikki__nair and @paavli.club will take over MOD for a sweaty dancefloor session. Supported by local stars celestica, White Gloss ja Bubblecum (Ines Daferrari, iunsu, sorr). Nikki Nair has risen to become one of the most exciting voices in dance music, releasing a string of bass-heavy, breakbeat-driven techno tracks since 2018. His music defies expectations and is constantly surprising.

On May 15th, we will all meet for the most fun party you have been to in a while. Dancepunk’d crew will play the best indie dance blog house summer hits from 2004 and 2034. You will have a nice cold beverage and hug your friends. Maybe you are alone. That is also very cool. We are here for the music anyway. Sometime around midnight, we will hand the DJ controls over to the German specialist @speckman_____ But who is Speckman, you may ask? Well, here’s a short intro. Speckman is a DJ and producer hailing from Hamburg. (Have you been to Hamburg?!) He is also the co-founder of the tastemaking party series Dreamteam and a resident at the legendary Golden Pudel Club. His catalog is full of albums and EPs you should go listen to right now. Outside the studio, his energy shifts from production to the DJ booth. You can find him supporting The Dare on his EU tour, playing a 2Hollis aftershow party, or taking control at clubs all over the world—sharing the stage with names like Frost Children, Ninajirachi, DJ Gigola, and Luca Eck.
