Still riding the wave of joy from this past weekend. I won’t go off about how dance and dance friends still shape my life so beautifully in my 40s but they do! When I take care of myself and fill my cup, I can be a better wife, mother, teacher.
I tested the waters on The Dirty Saloon Takeover and sampled a medley of pieces under the @danceneonsd project at @dancespotla . Also got to perform with @dancrb in her piece, Feel It All. We felt it all. Concluding with an epic dance class from Melissa Schade. My momentum moving forward is to be bold, electric, authentic and just create my heart out! More to come đź’ś
