My son (who graduated kindergarten this week!) asked me to choreograph to this song, so I did.
Thank you for the inspiration 🐏 and to all the people who came and helped me pull this one outta my head/body/heart…

I tried (and failed) at putting together an edit that did justice to all the dancers who brought this to life … So here’s a video dump of ALL OF YOU 👏🏽♥️🔥

You’re not stuck because you’re lazy.
You’re stuck because your training isn’t built for you.
You show up.
You put in the work.
You sweat.
…but nothing changes.
Same workouts.
Same effort.
Same results.
That’s not a motivation problem.
That’s a programming problem.
At KTLYST, we don’t throw you into random workouts and hope it clicks.
We build:
✔️ Structured training cycles
✔️ Individual progressions
✔️ Coaching that actually adjusts to YOU
Because effort without direction…
is just wasted time.
If you’re tired of working hard and not seeing it show up—
Come see what training is supposed to feel like.

Last night @nycchildrenstheater made not only my dreams come true, but those OF SO MANY NEW YORK CITY KIDS! The 30th Anniversary Gala honored me with their 2026 Family of Artists Award AND in the process raised $$$ for hands-on theater arts programming for underserved kids all over New York City.
🌆 Their programs are myriad, and their staff is IMPOSSIBLY small. They make every dollar count and I am so lucky to have been invited back time and again to perform and create for and with them over the last 15 years. Thank you New York’s City Children’s Theater, the honor was all mine!
⭐️
Bonus I got to hang and sing with some of my favorite people!!
☺️
Thanks to @lin_manuel for introducing me ☺️💕👌
☺️
Barbara Zinn Krieger, founder of this necessary organization, and my hero, for honoring me with this award and being the human and woman I aspire to be when I grow up. 🤗
