After a summer hiatus Danceforce is back in full effect! In just 3 weeks we’re heading down to the Crown for a night of proper jungle and hardcore on wax. Headlining the night I’m very excited to announce that we have Distant Planet’s very own Hughesee, who will be delivering some serious jungle and hardcore business. If you’ve ever been to a DP night, you know what to expect. Next up we have Bristol selectress Eminence. Founder of Upraw and with numerous releases under her belt, Eminence is a mainstay in the Bristol Jungle scene, we can’t wait to see what she brings to the dancefloor. Then we have Jake Om. Whilst a relative newcomer to the Bristol scene, Jake has rapidly stated his claim through his slick technical mixing and extensive collection of Jungle on wax. And finally opening the night, myself and Shifter will be setting the pace with some melodic jungle goodness. Sound provided by Dharma Hifi. Powered by the Almighty @dharmahifi Joined by a wicked lineup of the finest selectas in Bristol! Expect Jungle, Hardcore, Footwork and everything in between! Lineup: Headlining we've got @tommytbreak , master of fast paced choppage and head honcho of one of the most exciting jungle labels about right now, @omertarecs . T-Break has established himself as one of the pioneering producers in bringing the old skool sound to the new school scene with releases on SeekSickSound, Kiwi & Coconuts and Da Demolition Squad. Cardiff based producer and DJ, @moods._o is also joining us. With a variety of 140 Breaks, UKG and Jungle releases on Trax Haven, Duckland, Outhouse Sounds and Belters, you're not going to want to miss his set. @mousai_uk has quickly established herself as one of the most exciting DJs in Bristol, with a fast and fun selection, Mousai is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and have your feet moving. Yours Truly (@lauren_yernan ) needs little introduction, Co-founder of @kafka_radio and hardcore efficionado. Yours Truly will bring the roof down, get ready for stuttering piano leads, boomin breaks and pitched up vocals. Danceforce-1 returns to their usual stomping ground Basement 45 for a night of 140-170 Breaks and Bass driven Dance music. To open the night Bristol newcomers Interlude will be delivering a triple threat B3B, followed by Intaception top dog Duality, then we’ve got Producer and DJ Orwell who is on a roll having just launched his new label Club Fantasy UK, and with releases on Duckland, No More Parties, Taipan Tracks and Belters, to name a few… You can count on Orwell to bring the heat. For the next hour we’ve got Bristol selectress Mousai who needs little introduction, having rapidly established herself in the Bristol scene with her effortless blends and wicked selection, Mousai will be delivering an hour of fast paced Jungle. Then to end the night we’ve got an hour of B2B Jungle and Hardcore action from Danceforce head honcho Wondercore and jungle connoisseur Jake Om. Tickets on headfirst. £3/5/7 MOTD
