First coaching experience at the ⭕️lympia The bug has bitten, we’ll be back for more. Thank you for the experience. @callum_precisioncoach in his offseason We are really filling out the frame here, all whilst keeping composition, health metrics in tact. We have our process that seems to be linking together perfectly thus with the odd pivot here and there (rare) to keep this momentum moving forwards. Each lap, he gets faster and faster. No magic - just consistency and objective feedback for me to assess and move on. No extremes - predictability.

Throwback - the America tour (Atlanta>Chicago) What a look this was. 1 day out Atlanta pro 2024 I remember taking these and not saying a word. Literally left me speechless. And if you really know me there was very possibly a tear running down my cheek 😂 We had an absolute blast in Atlanta. There is a reason it’s called Hotlanta however. I remember we walked back from whole foods with a big grocery haul. I thought I was going to faint let alone her just a few days out. Sure did get dry though 😂 @romana.skotzen_ifbbpro

Stella stuffs as always we have an ideal look that I think most actually want regards muscle quality / texture / deep lines / flow. I think few actually commit to letting their actions reflect this. Drug usage / abuse / training style / digestion all reflect in what you see. Natty lines / muscle quality - enhanced fullness. Nothing forced. The complete opposite of what I got coming up. This is where a wiser me identifies all my own mistakes and pay forwards to my athletes. Current @billystella_ just cruising along setting up for the next phase. Flat here but improving week in week out. Take a bow son

Ah junior days I still haven’t replicated this conditioning since. Seems the game changed with 50lbs added. We’ll work it out. I think part of it is going into prep leaner. When you do own more muscle you can appear much leaner in strong body parts even at peak body weight. I seem to start prep much leaner these days than here but also it seems much more weight and digging to shift it. Things people never tell you. It’s actually a much easier process when younger and fresher.

It may not look like much but this set hit the spot. Finishing compounds here before going in to walking lunges. Very happy with the work today! Adductor Seated ham Leg extension Hack squat Weighted Walking lunges around the farm Before anyone asks (and they will) the marks on my skin and the lumps and bumps is a psoriasis flare up. Just something that I have been dealing with the last year or so. It usually fades after a few months of a flare up. Psoriasis is non-contagious autoimmune condition to skin cells - it’s not curable but the flare ups can be managed mostly via stress. Nothing major just something I’m genetically granted. Doesn’t interfere with everyday life if I remember to take some anti histamine and cream. If I don’t the urge to itch is a hard one pass 😂
