The next part of my tour was Italy! It started in Florence where I began my hostel experience and met some lovely people (even if they thought 28 was old and I looked good for my age šš¤£). I got to enjoy the Piazzale Michelangelo, Uffizi Galleries, Galleria dellāAccademia di Firenze, and of course some karaoke at Red Garter! I continued to Rome and I must say; this city had me awestruck. Being surrounded by ancient history, grandiose buildings, architecture, and art was such a special experience (like casually walking by the Colosseum was wild). The Forum was probably my favorite place I visited, though St Peterās Cathedral was absolutely stunning and the Vatican Museum was overwhelming with the amount and wide variety of art that was there. A highlight night of getting a squad of 20+ people together and doing karaokeā¦ again š¤£ I ended my hostel tour in Naples, where I got to explore Procida with Cale, my day one hostel homie from Florence that I met up with in every city I visited, and walking around the different squares and water front. By this time, my desire to sight sea as much was a bit lower after having 10-18mile daysš¤£ #wheninromeš®š¹ #italy #europe #hostelworld #traveling
I canāt believe that today marks the end of my almost month long adventure! It started in Montreal with @joseyacroteasta where we expected to see Lady Gaga who sadly canceled being sick :,( however we got a lot of training and fun girl time together š thoughā¦ I was fighting off pneumonia then (no wonder I was struggling so much, I got antibiotics and am much better nowš¤£). I then went to hang with my cousin, @annasmeek , in Vermont and am proud of her as she is about to walk for graduation (and I had a blast meeting her friends/roomates and got to relive my college daysā¤ļø). Speaking of college roomies; I ended my east coast tour in Boston with my first ever roomate through college @lexiehiggins180 and I am so grateful we got a quick lil trip together before I headed to Italy (and hopefully she wasnāt mad at me for making us sit in the front row at the comedy show we went toš¤£). #traveling #roomie #eastcoast #family #ladygaga

My female friends remind me that I am capable and worthy. That I donāt deserve to have my light diminished by those who canāt match me and to not settle. They believe in me when I donāt believe in myself, and help push me to be my best self. They inspire me by all of the incredible things they accomplish and by their resilience. They have been there for me through tears of joy, grief, laughter and pain. I donāt know where I would be without the women in my life (pictured and un pictured); but I definitely would not be as bad ass as I am today without themā¤ļø thank you @jessicak__photography and @jessicak__modeling for this shoot; go to her if you need photography done you will not regret!!
Nepal was the most breathtaking, amazing experience I have ever had in my life! So grateful to have bonded with such a bad ass group of women and have the best tour guides we couldāve asked for š We also adopted two dope Aussies along the way. Iām hooked; whoever wants to go on a trek you let me know!! ššļø
