Yesterday we had the pleasure of producing 2 of 4 episodes of a video series that will help support one of @olivias_house_york_pa primary programs and the amazing work they do for children struggling with loss and grief. The shoot included seven different sets on two separate floors of their Hanover office. Using our video cart we were able to wirelessly set our camera and provide the script for our talent with a teleprompter. We also split multiple lighting kits across each floor of the property to build each set quickly and efficiently.

Yesterday we locked into our 'Flostate' producing video assets for @flostatesr that will help them increase customer engagement and understanding of their Sim racing Services with a 'New Driver Orientation' video. We also produced high level marketing content that will be used to assist in the fast growth of their business and brand. Sim Racing Night with @flostatesr at @forzafilmwerks

Since link sharing doesn’t really work on Instagram, it gets its own post! I’m pretty proud of the way this project turned out! - A little backstory, I was called in by to provide B-Roll footage for @etp.global and @lmg_beyondtechnology who had a projection show on the Washington Monument during New Years Eve. I drove down to DC a few days before the show and captured the team setting up and aligning the projectors. That first day we had 45 mph wind gusts and windchills around 10F. Along with that, all of the light on the monument property were turned off, which made filming this one of the hardest projects I’ve done. - Big shoutout to @aaronjac0b for bringing me on board and @jaymastermind for coming in and helping me out on the photo side of things. Our team is growing in 2026! Please welcome to the RL Productions Crew @dan_weinel . Dan is a lifelong creative who discovered his passion for Audio/Video at the age of 7. He's an incredibly well rounded creative with an an eye and soul for the visual arts as well as an ear and mind for music. Dan joins us as our newest Production Specialist and will be a big part of our 2026 Initiative "Frame the Good" where we highlight the impactful work of our non-profit partners and clients and lean into offering new services for Non-Profits. Dan will assist on many of our shoots bringing an added focus on 'that cinematic look' with our new RED camera and our growing production capabilities as well as our Post-Production needs in a world where the deadlines are only getting tighter. Can't wait to see what we'll accomplish now and into the future!

In 2013 we started filming our adventures and in 2017 we started guiding weekend overland trips for our YouTube subscribers and social followers. Happy 5th Birthday Archie! - 5 years of the best companion ever. 5 years of down for anything. 5 years of a rollercoaster called life. Archie has been there by my side at every twist and turn over the last 5 years. He’s been my constant in my ever changing world. - We are now entering the golden years of Archie’s life. I see the grey creep into his face more and more every day. Each day, the rings around his eyes become fuller. He’s definitely not a puppy anymore. And that’s something that I struggle with more and more with each birthday.

I was going through some hard drives the other day and came across a bunch of old content that I never shared. I filmed this when I was still living in PA, I wanna say late 2021 or early 2022. - I’m still pretty proud of this one. The images turned out great and all of the sound was done in post, all sound design. It was also a really fast turn around project and we nailed it. And then it never got posted - @toren.shirk we used to make some really dope stuff together.

The Talking Head - Pretty much every project I do now starts with a “talking head” or an interview. Over the course of the last 7 years, I have shot, lighted, and captured sound for close to 100 different sessions ranging from podcasts to coffee companies, school counselors testing new curriculum, race car drivers, fitness coaches and former police officers. Each and every one of those was foundational to the final product that was released. - Conveniently, these are my favorite types of shoots. 9/10 times I have total control over the environment and image, allowing me to shape the image and sound exactly how I want. Also, set design and lighting are fascinating to me, so I get to have a ton of fun on the design side of things. - At the end of the day, each video tells a story. It might not be a long and complicated one, but there’s always a story to be told. Personally, I like hearing those stories directly from the people who lived them.
