Total Accord Fest is back June 3rd through 20th at venues throughout San Francisco, with artists like Brijean and The Seshen plus a stacked local lineup. We’re breaking down all 13 shows and why they matter. On Wednesday, June 3rd at the Bottom of the Hill, the Total Accord Fest kickoff party brings together Davia Schendel, Outer Sunset, and For Horses for a tight, high-impact start to the festival. Davia Schendel opens things up in a more cinematic lane. Her sound moves between rock, art-pop, and jazz, with this surreal, introspective quality that feels rooted in San Francisco but never stuck in one place. Outer Sunset follows with that early 2000s alt-rock DNA, the kind that feels instantly familiar but still fresh. They’ve been steadily building momentum around the city, and this set feels like catching them right as things are clicking. Then For Horses closes it out, loud and melodic, pulling from that Breeders and Veruca Salt lineage but pushing it into something more urgent and communal. Big hooks, sharp lyrics, and a live show that doesn’t hold back. If you’re looking for the right way to step into Total Accord Fest, this is it. This sweet musical evening features the sounds of local indie darlings: Jaime Tjahaja, Suver & Davia Schendel in partnership with our dear friends at Little Hill Lounge- one of our absolute favorite venues! Jaime Tjahaja is an artist with a songwriting style reminiscent of the golden age of the late 60’s and 70’s- his lyrics and musical sensibility have a timeless quality that feels familiar yet undeniably original and compelling. Joining him onstage in a trio format are musical aces: Tim Decillis (Percussion) and Chris Clayman (Bass)- and a special guests :) @jgtjahaja @lurkingeye Suver is a dynamic band of musicians: multiple vocalists, piano, synth, horns and guitars from unceded Ohlone territory.  Their music is intimate, catchy, emotional pop.
