The day the world I knew fell to pieces, while everything I had taken for granted crumbled, I shot this series. In the darkest hour that followed, I swore to my team that the studio would overcome every difficulty. Now that the light has returned, now that we are reaping successes, I believe the best way to say thank you to Damiano, Debora, Laura, Giovanni and everyone who stood by me is to tell them that we finally made it into Vogue — and it doesn’t matter if the shot is mine; it’s the success of a great team that knows how to hold the helm through the storm and now faces the most beautiful of seasons ahead.
