🍋🍋 Not ready for Summer to be over, but here we are! 4th and 7th grade - watch out!! The Daniel boys are here! I love them so much and it goes so quickly and the prayers I’ve prayed over them, their school, teachers, and kids surrounding them! It’s going to be a great year, I can feel it! 🍋🍋

You may call it sportsball, but you show up like a champ for every game, every practice, and every backyard catch. And even though I’m not the reader in this house, I love watching how you’ve passed that passion on to our boys (along with your killer style and perfectly-timed dad jokes).

Well, an Emmy nomination wasn't on my to-do list for this week, but apparently, it is now.
Remember that show I and @amonfocus shot a little over a year ago? The one where @woodrowchillson and the @odysseystudios_ invited us to travel around @visitmobileal and experience #MardiGras like natives? The one where we got to go to day parties, night coronations, eat great eats, and meet really dope people while dodging beads from epic parade floats?
Yeah, well, that show just got nominated for a regional Emmy. Surprised and excited would be an understatement, but it's all I got right now. I am REALLY proud of this project and what we collectively brought to life. It was fun, it was informative, and it was truly one of the best (whirlwind) weekends of my life. Thanks to people I've never met for thinking it was pretty cool too.
