“Studio 405: Cristina BanBan” is an intimate portrait of the artist’s process, shaped as a two-screen generative work that reorders her painting in real time, creating a film with no beginning and no end. For the New York premiere at the Angel Orensanz Foundation, we will present four continuous hours of the installation. Everything shown will be generated on site, with our algorithm reordering the material in real time. One final appreciation post for this video made with an incredible group of people that just won two @ukmva awards. It is really extraordinary to work with people you admire, and to have the chance to meet more incredible characters and places along the way. Kurt Steiner isn’t online but I am sure he is proud and happy that the stones he threw have gone so far.
