“La mer et ses vagues”, a film directed by Liana and Renaud, will be premiering today, 19th of May within ACID at the Cannes Film Festival 2023.
I'm very glad to have participated in this project and worked with a great team.
The film speaks about the soul of Beirut and is sensitively performed through a story.
It was my first time working in cinema, specifically backstage and watching the delicate filming using a 16 mm film.
It was a new breath. My gratitude for this experience has more than one dimension, especially the human aspect of collaborating and sharing with each other to bring a creation to life.
A big thank you to my friend Liana who trusted me, and to the whole team for the beautiful spirit while working.
