For Sale!! Semi hollow Ash tele with repurposed old growth floorboard top(spruce? white pine?). One piece Black Walnut neck, chunky carve modeled after a 50s Gibson LG, pearl dot inlays and aged hardware. @lollarpickups gold foil and #fralinpickups tele bridge pickup in an engraved steel bridge. Shop made 2-ply ivoryoid and tortoiseshell binding. Vintage white nitrocellulose lacquer back and clear nitro topcoat. DM for more details. Story time: I replaced some floorboards a few months ago in my aunt and uncle’s house in Barrytown, NY. It’s a place that means a lot to my family and I, and has everything to do with my ending up in the Hudson Valley. I took one of the better boards back to the shop with me and milled it to reveal what would become the old growth top for the guitar. Similarly, the walnut for the neck came from a slab used for a dining table I made for some dear friends a while back. A Christmas/Chanukah gift for our kid - a keepsake box made by @dalesbridge with oak gleaned from our barn. The top is maple, wood burned by me, with special ebony handle with decorative inlays. For Sale! [[SOLD]] I officially have too many guitars, and so it has become time for me to let some out into the world. The first one up is a strat that I built last year finished in Fiesta Red nitrocellulose lacquer. I build these guitars from scratch and every piece of woodwork is done by hand. This one has all high end appointments with lightly relic’d Callaham floating bridge hardware and vintage style tuners. It’s loaded with Lollar ‘64 pickups wired with a blend knob. The body is Alder and neck is quarter-sawn maple with a nice dark rosewood board sporting handmade clay fret markers and a bone nut. I started my journey with woodworking by messing with drums. Recently I realized I haven’t had a proper matched kit since I was 13, playing frankenkits and loaners most often. So, I decided to put together just what I’ve been looking for lately. The shells are a thin 6 ply maple/gum beautifully made by @nordicshells that I finished in nitrocellulose lacquer and rounded edges. 12x22 15x16 9x13

Another from the Summer batch out in the world. Alder body strat in a shoreline gold lacquer finish and mint green guard. Quartersawn maple neck with 9.5” radius rosewood board and handmade clay dots. This one is outfitted with @kingtoneguitar Bluebird J1 pickups and Kingtone switch on the last tone control. All of the body and neck carves done by hand
