After 10 years and 9 amazing editions of Dag van de Dans, the organisation and its members have decided to put the event on hold.
Last fall, we launched a study to assess the needs of the dance field, which was to form the basis for a new project proposal. However, it was decided not to move forward with the project. Dag van de Dans will no longer be organised by Kanaries in Actie.
We continue to encourage all dance initiatives. Future projects may still take place as part of International Dance Day. For this year’s edition, you can find the programme for Dag van de Dans 2025 on our website. Celebrate it one last time! 💙
