❄️ Our snowy office for the weekend… ❄️ @runningwild_singletrack Alpine Challenge at Falls Creek. 2 days offering all the good stuff to passing runners as they tackled the freezing elements to complete 55km, 35km or 25km races. Meanwhile Chase convinced mum he should be allowed to take on the 10km back at the village… and low & behold he finished 2nd Male overall! Other than the moment he slipped on his butt and the first female glided past him… he loved every moment of it! 😁

The @gpt100miler - arguably our family’s biggest, funnest and hardest week of the year! Seeing Colin’s vision with @singletrack_events come to life last week in such an epic and monumental way is nothing short of amazingly impressive … just check out the social media videos - the location and test of the human spirit is just mind blowing! 😲 And it’s a “Bring Your Kids to work day” on a massive scale 😂 For our kids to witness and be a part of this is event is so special. Chase “fan-boying” all weekend over these world class runners…and getting the opportunity to run alongside them … Jessie & Chase staying up all night to follow the lead runners and see them across the finish line in the early hours of the morning… and Mahlie cooking hundreds of potatoes 😆 and doing the second all night shift to support those runners who were still doing it tough after 30+ hours of running. All of them helping runners at aid stations and getting to meet all the amazing people who gladly give their time to volunteer to help make the event a success. Colin’s big plans often overwhelm me…but it certainly keeps life interesting 😍

We have become a grown up today ! 18-years of marriage, feels like a long time when you write it down but it’s gone like a flash and it’s been amazing. Heaps of adventures, wonderful little family. Janette has been everything to me and our family, without her we are a pretty useless operation. To the moon and the next 50-years ! Love ya @janette_tee

Best day out with Jessie on her first 10km Trail Run… on the Great North Walk starting and finishing at Patonga ⛰️ 🏖️ Awesome event organised by Neil Prosser and the @terrigaltrotters … and some nice pacing support from Chase for a couple of kms. Another kid officially hooked on #trailrunning ✅

I have been to and done a lot of events, though this is uniquely different. Truly a special event experience at @grandraidpyrenees as part of @worldtrailmajors and a fun day out in some monster hills with @tatsuochiba_jp of @mt.fuji100 missed my little mate Chase today; I had to fill up my own flasks and get my own snacks ! 43km in the French 🇫🇷 Pyrenees with a healthy dose of altitude in the bag !

Perfect little weekend getaway with the young boy to experience 28km of the amazing @transcendtrails and some amazing Perth hills and trails ! This event is certainly on the must do list !

2025 GPT Camp Graduates

Stoked and proud that Chase, my 10-year old boy has chosen to run his first miler at the @gpt100miler in 2025. He is fortunate to have some great mentors around him to guide his journey towards 100 Miles where he hopes to break 40 hours. Chase had a solid outing on the weekend at the @buffalostampede_au 10km Twilight to secure his qualification to do the 100 Miles solo for 2025. Working in with Race Director @joe_runs_trails it was identified that most DNFs in Milers are people aged over 20-years, so he arranged special permission for Chase who just turned 10 to have a crack and break the code of Miler high performance. Thanks to @singletrack_events for the support and @janette_tee for arranging time off school to allow more time to train and prepare. GPT 2025 LFG ! Chase
